How we work
- Get in touch with the Rixsons team via phone, email or using our online form. During the initial consultation, we’ll discuss your requirements and provide a competitively priced, no-obligation quote.
- If you decide to use our services, we will arrange a convenient date and time to undertake the work. You will receive a full breakdown of costs and schedule. A completion date will also be provided, which we always stick to. For a large project, you may be required to pay a deposit to cover materials.
- Whilst on the job, we let you know how everything is proceeding daily and are always on hand to offer advice and answer any questions you may have. Once the work is complete, we will check that you are fully satisfied with our services, and if any further issues arise, will return promptly to rectify them.
